A Concierge
Born from Consulting.
Amber & Forge began as a healthcare consulting firm. We sat in operating rooms during efficiency reviews. We audited sterilization workflows. We rebuilt patient pathways from the inside.
Through that work we learned something most patients never see — that the gap between a clinic that looks world-class and one that operates world-class can be enormous.
Concierge was the natural next step. If we already knew which clinics passed our standard, we could open that door for international patients too.
