Amber & Forge began as a healthcare consulting firm. Sitting alongside clinical teams during efficiency reviews. Auditing sterilization workflows. Rebuilding patient pathways from the inside.
Through that work, one truth became clear — the distance between a clinic that looks world-class and one that operates world-class can be vast.
Concierge followed naturally. If we already knew which clinics passed our standard, we could open that door for travelers as well.
