Amber & Forge began as a healthcare consulting firm. Sitting alongside clinical teams during efficiency reviews. Working alongside their teams on everyday systems. Rebuilding patient pathways from the inside.
Through that work, we came to see how much can sit beneath the surface — the everyday systems and routines that a patient rarely sees, but that shape the quality of care.
Concierge followed naturally. If we already knew which clinics we'd trust, we could open that door for travelers as well.
